An original series that required 120 days of filming.
This project started as an independent proposal.
The production period was 3 years, including 0.5 years for planning, 1.5 for filming, and 1 year for editing. We performed close coverage for long periods of time.
We started with a concept for the program, but since it was a documentary, that changed throughout the course of production. But we had a huge amount of material to shoot, so we could cook it up into any dish we wanted.
