“IM PERFECTION,” directed by TYO’s young talent Mika Sasaki, was named Shortlist in the Short Film category at the Young Director Award 2025.
The Young Director Award is organized by the CFP-E (Commercial Film Producers of Europe) in partnership with the advertising industry platform, shots. The award is dedicated to discovering and nurturing young directing talent.This year, shortlisted works in 16 categories were selected by a jury of about 50 producers, creative directors, and journalists from around the world. The winning works were announced in Cannes, France on June 19, 2025 during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Mika Sasaki
Mika Sasaki is the youngest finalist of Fabulous Five. She joined TYO as a new graduate in April 2024, after studying English and American literature at university. She is currently working as a planner and director as part of TYO’s creative team, WHOAREYOU.
