Chief Producer

Always remembering gratitude and always looking forward

I enjoy everything about this work, from the grind of looking for sizzle, to the actual on-site shooting.

I spent many years working on beer commercials, to the point where looking for sizzle in the beauty of foam and liquid has become my life’s work.

I’m having a lot of fun, even with the stuff I could have left to a production manager.

When I show clients the many images I use as a reference, they are sometimes surprised to learn that such expressions exist in the world.

But while I find that kind of grunt-work rewarding, I am particularly excited when I’m on the set of a photo shoot.

I can’t get enough of the feeling that arises when many staff members work as a team to create a single commercial.

When problems occur, we can quickly recover from them, and I get an adrenaline rush when things turn out well.

Beer work involves large projects, which necessitates extensive courage and judgment.

I have received increasingly many comments from advertisers and advertising company representatives,

saying that “we couldn’t have done this without you” and “we’re glad you were the one working on this project“,which gives me a different kind of pleasure than what I felt when I was a production manager.
